This indoor presentation and discussion will follow the path of Colonel Benjamin Grierson´s April and May 1863 "Buttermilk Rangers." This cavalry raid which began just above the Mississippi border in Tennessee, covered 600 miles of hard riding and fighting, finally entering Baton Rouge sixteen days later in triumph.
