Event Description:
Meet at the park museum at 10 a.m.; participants will carpool through old Port Hudson along the old river bluffs to the Georgia-Pacific picnic pavilion. The tour will then proceed on foot to the Devil’s Elbow, where the ranger will discuss some of the siege events that occurred there. Total hiking distance will be about one-and-half miles, so wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring water.
