PICTURES WITH SANTA AT CENTENARY STATE HISTORIC SITE DECEMBER 9, 2017 – 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
 
JACKSON – On Saturday, December 9, 2017, Centenary State Historic Site will host its first ever “Pictures with Santa” event. A Victorian-styled Santa Claus will be visiting the site so that children can have their pictures taken with him by their parents and/or grandparents.
Once you have finished taking pictures, sample some hot homemade wassail (spiced apple cider) and take a hayride throughout the beautiful grounds of the old Centenary College. Walking tours of the site are included as well as viewing the site’s introductory history video.
Centenary State Historic Site is located 30 minutes north of Baton Rouge, a ¼-mile north of LA Hwy 10 at 3522 College Street in historic Jackson, LA. Admission to the site which includes everything mentioned above is $4.00 per person.  Children 3 and under and seniors 62 and over are FREE!  For more information about the event call 1-888-677-2364 or 225-634-7925.
